The Quality Assurance Specialist at Confie is responsible for objectively monitoring, scoring, and coaching agents in compliance of internal quality standards and expectations. This position is responsible for accurately recording data, analyzing data, and identifying trends, training gaps, call drivers, and effectively communicating those findings to the appropriate departments. The Quality Assurance Specialist will build strong partnerships with the Training and Operations teams to create and implement quality initiatives by thinking outside of the box to improve overall quality at an agent and program level.
The successful candidate will have a background in a contact center environment, preferable with Quality Assurance knowledge, previous experience coaching and developing agents, proven ability to prioritize critical needs, possess strong attention to detail, and be results driven.

Job Qualifications
Here is what you will absolutely need in order to be successful in this role:
o At least have six (6) months contact/call center experience.
o 1 year of experience performing Quality Assurance duties (Monitor and evaluate calls; provide feedback; reporting and trend analysis, among others) is desirable
o Experience developing and implementing QA programs (Implement actions to eliminate errors, process improvements, improve guidelines, among others) is desirable
o Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques is required
o Insurance industry knowledge is desirable
o Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal management skills
o Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Demonstrate ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing and verbally.
o Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Ability to maintain confidentiality
o Demonstrate ability to make a decision by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose quality solutions
o Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
o Must exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Analytic; willing to help, quick learner, Time availability
o Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
o High school diploma or GED is required
o Must be able to read and write English.
